From the Principal – Term 4, Week 3

From the Principal – Term 4, Week 3

It was wonderful having Bishop Don Sproxton in our community last week! He was very affirming of all the good things happening here at Mary Mac, especially our focus on the Making Jesus Real programme. Bishop Don is a big fan of helping our students trying to lead their lives as Jesus led his. This means being welcoming, encouraging, thankful, inclusive, enthusiastic and remembering to say sorry when we hurt or offend others. The whole ministry of Jesus was very much based around the key values of forgiveness and healing. By leading our lives as Jesus did, we too can be forgiving and healing members of our community.
