Interschool Sport Report
Year Six students attended the Winter Carnival held last week competing against six other Catholic primary schools. The school football team and No. 1 soccer team went through undefeated; a great effort by all students ably assisted by Mr Ferraloro, Mr Dalglish and Mr Carlson in their coaching roles. Our netballers and No. 2 soccer players also had a great day representing Mary MacKillop under perfect weather conditions and with great support from the Year Six teachers and parents present. Mr Power would like to thank all the students and teachers for their efforts to practice and play while representing our school this term in interschool competitions.

Mary Mackillop Netball Club
Last weekend our Mary MacKillop Netball club took part in the Indigenous Round. On Friday night we had two representatives from our junior teams do hand prints on a canvas along with all the other netball clubs. Savannah (Yr 4G), represent our Mary MacKillop Indigenous community at the smoking ceremony,
It was great to be part of such an event and for us to represented our school and netball club, especially at the smoking ceremony.
