SCHOOL FEES
Your 2026 School Fee statement will be emailed to you on Friday 6th February, together with your Payment Option form. This must be completed, indicating your intention of how you will pay fees. Return this form to school no later than 20th February.
All families are asked to please complete and send this form back as it forms part of your agreement for paying school fees.
Payment of fees can be made by various methods including BPAY, Direct Debit periodic payments, Credit Card periodic payments, EFTPOS at school office. Please tick your Payment Option form accordingly.
- Pay Annual amount by 1/3/26
- Pay 2 instalments on 1/3/26 and 1/9/26
- Pay 4 Term instalments on 1/3/26, 1/6/26, 1/9/26 and 1/12/26
- Pay 10 Monthly instalments from 1/3/26 to 1/12/26
- Pay 20 Fortnightly instalments from 1/3/26 to 22/11/26
HCC Discounts – If you have an eligible Centrelink Health Care Card or Pension Card, could you please present your card for copying by the school office or alternatively email the card. Families who have expired cards will be contacted to provide their current details.

THERAPY DOGS
Freddie will join Margot in our wellbeing room as part of our therapy dog team. They are both trained therapy dogs through Western Australian Assistance and Therapy Dogs. Therapy dogs can reduce stress, anxiety and depression , ease loneliness, assist school re-engagement , encourage exercise and playfulness and even improve cardiovascular health. Caring for a dog can assist in children’s self esteem development while providing valuable companionship.
You may see Freddie or Margot at school when they work with either Lisa or Chloe. Please be reassured that they are always on a lead if outside the wellbeing room, and never left with children without Lisa or Chloe present. Please let us know if your child has a significant fear or allergy that Lisa or Chloe need to be aware of.

CANTEEN NEWS
The new Semester 1 CANTEEN MENU for 2026 is available on the MMCCPS website or alternatively if you require a hard copy, at the office or canteen. Please refer to this new menu ONLY, as many changes have taken place.
The canteen operates on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. To alleviate using money, Mary MacKillop Catholic Community Primary School has an online ordering system for canteen orders. All Online must be ordered by 8.30 am. This enables a more efficient and effective service available to you and your family. You can visit quickcliq.com.au to register.
All lunch/recess orders must be placed in classroom baskets before the class commences. They will then be taken to the canteen. If your child is late, they are to take the lunch order directly to the canteen.
All prepaid drink orders from Yrs 1-6 are to be collected by your child at the canteen with their lunch order bags as proof of purchase.
Ice creams are then sold after the students are dismissed from eating their lunch. If ice creams are pre ordered, the bag must be shown at the canteen when picking up the ice cream.
Please note, your child can purchase a drink or ice cream without pre ordering if they have money.
Parents, please do not allow your children to buy ice creams for their friends and large amounts of money should not be given to them. Thank you for your co operation in this matter.
If you wish to volunteer in the canteen please come and see me. We would like parents who have some spare time to come and help in the canteen to be a volunteer! It’s so rewarding for parents to see their children at school helping us.
